| The Network Engineer I is responsible for supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and monitoring the college's enterprise network infrastructure and security systems. This position works under the direction of senior network engineers and IT leadership to ensure the availability, security, and performance of wired, wireless, voice, and physical security systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Fortinet products, network troubleshooting, and enterprise networking fundamentals. This position provides operational support for campus network services, security platforms, Zoom Phone, and Verkada security systems.
This position may require occasional evening, weekend, and emergency maintenance work to support critical infrastructure upgrades and incident response activities. |
