Duties and Responsibilities: 

1. Assessment Planning and Implementation:
o Develop and implement comprehensive assessment plans for academic and administrative units.
o Coordinate with IR about the collection, analysis, and reporting of assessment data to inform decision-making and improve institutional effectiveness.
2. Collaboration and Coordination:
o Work closely with faculty, staff, and administrators to support the development of assessment tools and methodologies.
o Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in assessment.
3. Data Analysis:
o Oversee the management of assessment data, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
o Analyze assessment results and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Accreditation Support:
o Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and requirements.
o Prepare and submit necessary documentation for accreditation reviews and reports.
5. Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for improvement based on assessment findings and recommend actionable strategies.
o Promote a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision-making across the institution.
o Create and maintain strategic plans and serve as college contact for collaboration with all stakeholders.
o Suggest, track and facilitate initiatives to support the strategic plan when appropriate.

Required Education: 

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution (Doctorate preferred).
• Experience in assessment, reporting, institutional research, or administration.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using a wide array of software.
