The Advisor guides students through course selection, assists with academic challenges, and helps them prepare for postsecondary pathways. The Advisor also assists in recruitment, facilitates orientation and outreach events, and supports students’ smooth transition from high school to full-time college enrollment. The role requires close collaboration with high school partners, faculty, parents/guardians, and college personnel to foster academic achievement, equity, and student persistence. |
