Duties and Responsibilities: 

20%- Conduct initial and periodic review of student enrollment, demographics, retention, progression, completion, engagement, and satisfaction.
20%- Liaise with internal partners to provide data and receive results related to academic improvement.
20%- Analyze data to assist with making informed curriculum decisions.
20%- Present statistical results to laymen and fellow data professionals both verbally and in writing to help achieve the goal making informed data-driven curriculum decisions.
20%- Assess grant progress to assure annual targets and goals are met and create internal tracking and reporting systems

Required Education: Bachelor's degree in a data-driven or statistics-oriented field, such as computer science or statistics.

Required Experience: Experience with data analytics in a professional setting. Experience operating statistical packages such as SPSS, SAS, or R.

Must be able to clearly present and explain statistical findings to laymen and fellow data professionals both verbally and in writing to help achieve the goal of making informed data-driven curriculum decisions. Must be able to plan and organize tasks. Must possess extensive computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point. Must be able to learn new software packages necessary to conduct statistical research.

Required Licenses or Certifications: N/A

Preferred Education: Master's degree in a data-driven or statistics-oriented field, such as computer science or statistics.

Preferred Experience: Three years of experience in higher education institutional research or a similar field. At least one year of experience training others in the use of software.

Passing pre-employment criminal background screen is required as a condition of employment.
