The Executive Director of Facilities and Capital Programs serves as the primary operational leader for the LCTC System facilities and capital program. This position is responsible for coordinating capital planning and project delivery, integrating facility condition and maintenance data into capital recommendations, overseeing statewide maintenance operations, and managing real property interests, all in support of the strategic direction set by the Vice President for Administration. The Executive Director does not make final decisions on capital investments, project priorities, or program direction. Rather, this position develops recommendations, assembles supporting analysis, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and ensures the Vice President has the information needed to make informed decisions. The Executive Director is accountable for the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of those recommendations and for the operational execution of approved priorities.
