Job Summary: | The Department of Anthropology at the University of West Florida invites applications from highly qualified candidates for a full-time position serving as Instructor of Anthropology. The successful candidate is well-versed in contemporary cultural anthropological theory and practices. They will have demonstrable skills as an effective instructor of introductory through advanced courses in environmental, economic, developmental anthropology. The successful candidate will have an interest in topics related to migration, African societies and cultures, and/or global issues in anthropology. They will demonstrate the ability to mentor students. They will work independently and collaboratively with anthropology and sociology faculty to provide the course curriculum to undergraduate and graduate students, and other projects or duties as needed. |
