Job Summary: | The Center for Cybersecurity at the University of West Florida is seeking qualified applicants to serve as adjunct faculty to teach fully online (synchronous or asynchronous) courses for the Center’s training and workforce development programs. Adjunct faculty will teach one or more course from the topics listed below: Cybersecurity Fundamentals, Network Defense Fundamentals, Advanced Network Defense, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence / Hunting, Risk Management, Cloud Security, ICS Security, AI and ML for Cybersecurity, CMMC Compliance, and Security Compliance and Auditing, Also seeking adjunct faculty to teach industry certification prep courses, including but not limited to CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+, and Cybersecurity Analyst. |

Minimum Qualifications: | Master’s degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate field of specialization or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. |
Position Qualifications: | Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Sciences, or a closely related field. |
Preferred Qualifications | Preferred qualifications include any of the following: A minimum of 3 years teaching or professional experience directly related to the course topic; or earned industry certification for associated prep courses. |
