The Curriculum Specialist will have strong and effective communication skills needed to explain teaching strategies, changes, and reasons for those changes to the curriculum design. The Curriculum Specialist will need to provide constructive feedback to Project Managers, Training Specialists, as well as Facilitators, and effectively lead curriculum review meetings. A working knowledge of e-learning techniques and language is required. |
