Job Summary: Responsible for overseeing all aspects of athletic and wellness programs, including but not limited to team management, compliance with NJCAA regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and fostering a culture of sportsmanship and academic success among student-athletes.
Provide strategic leadership and direction for a diverse and inclusive athletic department, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the college's mission and values. Prioritize the academic success and personal development of student-athletes, providing support services and resources to help them excel both on and off the field. Supervise coaches and support staff, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to excel in their roles.
Ensure compliance with all NJCAA regulations, including eligibility requirements, recruiting guidelines, and academic standard. Cultivate positive relationships with alumni, donors, community partners, and other stakeholders to enhance support for the athletic program and promote engagement with the college. Oversee the planning and execution of athletic events, ensuring a positive experience for participants, spectators, and officials.
Implement policies and procedures to minimize risk related to health and safety, legal compliance, and other potential issues within the athletic department.
Serve as a Title IX Coordinator and Senior Administrator. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration, Athletic Administration, or related field.
3 + years of experience in athletic administration, higher education administration or related field.

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License
PA ACT-15 Clearances

Hiring Range: $66,067 - $84,236

Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree preferred in Sports Administration, Athletic Administration, or related field.
5 + years of experience in athletic administration, higher education administration or related field.
