The facilities supervisor is responsible for efficiently and effectively maintaining campus day-to-day building, custodial, and grounds operations with oversight of personnel, equipment, and vendors to ensure a clean and comfortable campus environment. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with policy, procedures, and safety practices and may perform technical/specialized work in the field as needed.

This position oversees the team responsible for the development and delivery of outstanding “wrap-around” academic support services for HACC’s students, including tutoring, testing, and library public services, as well as technology resources like user support, recording stations, and computer labs. Services are delivered through a Learning Commons space at each Campus as well as digital / online Learning Commons services. The Learning Commons spaces also provide key contact points for instructional design services and other offerings coordinated with internal and external stakeholders. This position has overall responsibility for the management and leadership of the Learning Commons team. The position routinely collaborates and communicates with students and employees. Key accountabilities include: project management, performance management, operational efficiencies, and contribution to departmental financial planning and projections.
Business Analyst Harrisburg, PA
This position supports the optimization of enterprise applications including the Banner Enterprise Resource Planning system and other enterprise systems and provides functional user support to meet business requirements. Key accountabilities include: project coordination, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, developing procedures to meet complex business needs, creating test plans, writing documentation, querying data, creating reports, and training users. Works collaboratively with IT staff, other business analysts, and other departments to improve processes, resolve issues, and implement system enhancements. This position develops, implements, and evaluates systemic interventions and referrals that ameliorate basic needs in a manner that promotes dignity and minimizes marginalization of HACC students The position is responsible for referral of students to resources related to, but not limited to housing assistance, food assistance, health assistance, legal services, and other unforeseen emergencies that impedes student success in college. The incumbent advances and maintains relationships with campus and community partners in an effort to provide comprehensive and cohesive services to HACC students, and meets with students, assesses their needs, makes appropriate referrals, follows up, and tracks success.
