This position supports the optimization of enterprise applications including the Banner Enterprise Resource Planning system and other enterprise systems and provides functional user support to meet business requirements. Key accountabilities include: project coordination, eliciting, analyzing, and documenting requirements, developing procedures to meet complex business needs, creating test plans, writing documentation, querying data, creating reports, and training users. This position serves as the coordinator for assigned community partnerships. Serving as a community liaison, the community engagement coordinator will work with community partners and nonprofit organizations to develop and maintain initiatives that align with College programs. The advisor provides support and guidance to ensure learners have the best opportunity to achieve their educational goals. The admissions counselor is responsible for recruiting future students through personalized communications, community interactions and recruitment events. An admissions counselor is an integral and front-facing representative of HACC.
