Job Summary: | Troubleshoot, analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Ushu Kundu MD College of Health/School of Nursing and ITS. Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks independently, with minimal direct supervision. Handle basic technical problems, explaining relevant policies and practices effectively. Maintain weekly communication with the supervisor to ensure alignment and support. Log all calls and work orders in an electronic tracking system, ensuring accurate records. Redirect unresolved issues to appropriate personnel for further assistance. Provide first-level technical support for Nursing faculty/staff Configure, set up, and troubleshoot computing endpoints and technology-enhanced classrooms. Participate in healthcare simulation in an operations specialist role. Supports technology for evening and weekend courses at off-campus locations. Must provide own transportation to locations. |
