Exciting opportunities await in the South of the River region of the Perth metropolitan area – Gosnells, Rockingham & Mandurah. Our customers are as unique as you are, and we're on the lookout for individuals eager to connect, understand, and support them in living the life they choose.
While our goal is to guide you towards a permanent part-time role with set shifts and dedicated customers, what matters most is your availability on at least four days: between the hours of 6:00 am - 10:00 pm, Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work.

Join our team if you:
- Show a passion for putting our customers at the centre of everything we do, supporting inclusion and participation.
- Bring previous experience working with people with disabilities and feel comfortable assisting those with various needs.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Are eager to learn new skills and stay compliant with NDIS requirements for a Support Worker.
As a Support Worker your day will see you:
- Supporting our customers during outings, daily activities, and achieving personal goals.
- Administering medication and assisting with personal care, always prioritising dignity and respect.
- Engaging participants in meaningful ways, encouraging communication and social interaction.
- Providing transportation to and from activities.
- Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting.
