- Permanent Part Time (3 days per week) vacancy in Geraldton
Rocky Bay is looking to appoint a skilled and enthusiastic Clinical Operations Manager to lead, develop and support a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health professionals as well as complete clinical work.
Duties
- Lead a geographically based, interdisciplinary allied health team to deliver support to children, adults and their families towards achieving greater independence and participation
- Supporting children and/or adults living with disability and their families according to best practice standards
- Driving the operational performance of your team
- Build relationships in the Community
- Adjusted billable targets (customer facing 1 day per week)
What you’ll need to have:
- An Allied Health Tertiary Degree in either Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology
- Full Registration with AHPRA or membership with SPA
- Experience in leading and managing team performance (Desirable)
- Experience working with people living with disabilities in a community setting (Desirable)
