• Salary: $55,900 - $69,998 (pro-rata) + Salary Packaging & Leave Loading
• Permanent Part Times positions open (4 days per week)
• Rosters available between 6am-7pm Monday-Friday with occasional weekends
• Locations: Ascot, Cockburn, Duncraig, Gosnells, Joondalup, Mosman Park/Fremantle, Nollamara, Rockingham & Mandurah
  

What does a day in the life of a Support Worker look like?

• Supporting our customers during outings, daily activities, and achieving personal goals
• Administering medication and assisting with personal care, always prioritising dignity and respect
• Engaging participants in meaningful ways, encouraging communication and social interaction
• Providing transportation to and from activities
• Keeping accurate records of supports and services through timesheets, case notes, and incident reporting
