Rocky Bay is seeking expressions of interest for people who would like to take the next step or challenge in their career at Rocky Bay and join our Supported Accommodation team for our new house - Iolanthe Drive in Duncraig. We would love people to join our team who want to work with our customers, get to know them and support them to live the life they choose.  

We are looking for:

• People who are available Monday-Sunday for our supported accommodation home
• People who can demonstrate a commitment to an inclusive and person-centered environment
• Previous experience working with people with a range of disabilities
• People who can adapt to working in a person’s home and contribute to a positive environment

Day in the life of a support worker

• Support our customers in all aspects of daily life including; maintaining their home, facilitating and attending outings and medical appointments, personal hygiene and support with daily activities whilst always demonstrating dignity and respect for our customers
• Communicate and engage with the customer in a relevant and meaningful way
• Transport participants travelling to and from activities and outings using Rocky Bay vehicles
• Ensure all supports and services provided are accurately documented and accounted for through timesheets, case notes, incident reporting, etc
