Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced, engaging Instructor of Project Management and Leadership Development to join our instructional team on a part‑time, as‑needed basis. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality, practice‑focused training that equips adult learners with the tools, strategic mindset, and leadership capabilities needed to manage projects and lead teams effectively in today’s workplace.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in project management methodologies along with a solid foundation in leadership development—communication, coaching, team dynamics, emotional intelligence, and organizational decision‑making. This position plays a meaningful role in helping learners build confidence, strengthen their professional presence, and apply effective leadership behaviors in real‑world settings. 

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 5+ years of professional experience

· 3+ years of experience teaching or training adult learners

Licensing Requirements:

- Valid Driver's License (A valid driver’s license is required. Travel within the Central Pennsylvania region may be necessary.)
