This position will be open until filled. 

Job Summary: The casual - health and safety provides administrative support to the Director, Health and Safety.  

Minimum Qualifications:

H.S. Diploma or equivalent and 0 years experience, or a combination of experience and education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.

Licensing Requirements: Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Excel, word and google suite preferred.

Hiring Range: no less than $12 an hour

Job Specific Task List:

  • Work collaboratively with on-site staff, including but not limited to facilities teams and security officers. - (Essential)
  • Performs administrative tasks as requested by the director, health and safety, such as: assisting with routine safety checklist, filing, data entry, compiling lists such as MSDS sheets, attending meetings as requested. - (Essential)
  • Performs other duties as assigned. - (Standard)

Job Type: Part-Time (less than 1,000 hours)

If part time, hours per week: up to 20
