Job Summary: Provide individual, couples, and group psychotherapy, evaluations, and assessment for a diverse student community with a broad range of psychopathology; vocational counseling; crisis intervention and emergency services; student training and consultations with university personnel; public workshops and educational programs at both the FWB and Pensacola campuses.

Minimum Qualifications: -
Position Qualifications: Must be a Registered Mental Health Intern in the State of Florida, or a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Must have a master’s degree in mental health counseling, guidance, psychology, or rehabilitation counseling at a college or university.
Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated record of successful performance in and commitment to the practice of psychotherapy with both individuals and group, excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a warm, caring, respectful and non-judgmental manner; skilled collaborator to work as part of a team with students, colleagues, and other professionals/administrators. Experience working in a university counseling center; experience initiating and developing outreach programs for both the general student body and targeted under-served groups; demonstrated commitment and competency in working with ethnic minorities
