Job Summary: The successful candidate will teach at the undergraduate level, conduct research, advise students, mentor student projects, and perform service activities that contribute to the success of the department and the mission of the university. The position will be located at our Pensacola campus.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum requirements are a PhD in Construction Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution by the start date of the appointment or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a strong commitment to teaching, academic research and service.

Preferred Qualifications While all areas within Construction Management will be considered, preference will be given to candidates who can teach a wide range of Construction Management courses.
