Job Summary: The Department of Physics is seeking qualified part-time adjunct instructors to teach lower division physics courses and labs.

The department is building a pool of adjuncts for teaching opportunities for upcoming semesters. Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis.

Minimum Qualifications: Holds at least the master's degree in an appropriate specialization or the equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and is otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties. The appointee may engage in teaching, scholarship and creative projects, and/or service and other related activities, but is not eligible for tenure.
Position Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Physics or a related discipline or equivalent qualifications based on professional experience and otherwise qualified to perform assigned duties.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s or higher degree in Physics or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution and 18 graduate hours in the field of teaching. The ideal candidate will be flexible and creative with experience teaching in both face-to-face and online learning environments.
