-
Support strategic planning through reports, briefings, and stakeholder communication
-
Apply and shape policies, procedures, and governance related to managed systems
Who you are

You may have built this experience either by working directly on student systems in a systems or technical capacity, or through roles in student records, academic administration or similar areas where you’ve developed deep hands-on system knowledge and are looking to transition into a more systems-focused role. You bring sound judgement, attention to detail, and the maturity to work through complex environments with competing priorities. You bring:
-
Proven experience with student systems in a higher education environment (essential)
-
Understanding of student domain area processes and information management systems
-
Understanding of system integrations, data flows, and how systems support end-to-end processes
-
Ability to work across business and technical teams to deliver effective system outcomes
-
Demonstrated ability to analyse and improve systems and processes, and deliver continuous improvement
-
High attention to detail, particularly in data, processes, and policy application
