Why Your Role Matters
As a Clinic Administrative Assistant, you’ll provide warm, effective reception and administrative support to help deliver an excellent student experience within UNSW Psychology & Wellness.
This role reports to the Clinic Administrator and has no direct reports.
Responsibilities include:

Support reception operations: manage enquiries (phone, email, in person), calendars and the waiting area

Maintain office supplies, equipment and administrative systems (filing, databases, spreadsheets)

Provide general administrative advice and contribute to smooth daily clinic operations

Assist with projects, documentation and process upkeep
Who You Are
You’re organised, supportive and customer focused, with:

Previous experience in (a) customer-facing role(s)
-
Demonstrated judgement, communication and interpersonal skills
-
The ability to remain calm and be empathetic whilst maintaining boundaries
-
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
This a full-time permanent role - Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM - based full time on campus. Due to the nature of the role, hours are not flexible and there is no option to work from home.
Candidates will need to have valid working rights – this role is not available for sponsorship.
