Due to a new site mobilisation, we have two vacancies for a Workplace Experience Officer role in Ballart (University Drive, Mount Helen), set to commence mid-June.

The Position
- Reporting to the Workplace Experience Manager, this is a customer centric role that is dedicated to providing an exceptional level of service to the Client’s organization throughout the office operation.
- The role is responsible for assisting and supporting the deliverable services for the Client in all aspects of the contract.
- Responsible for various reporting of office work, security, workplace safety, stock and maintenance; coordinating subcontractors on site, ensuring the corporate floor maintains a high level of appearance, support with on-site document management, mail management, placing orders using adequate platforms, liaison with suppliers and other workplace support.
- Ensure cleanliness and overall organization of all areas of the office at all times including reception, meeting rooms and general common areas.
- Answer and direct all incoming calls to the appropriate parties.
The Person
- Experience in similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background.
- Ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, vendors, landlords and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function under pressure.
- Ability to provide the highest level of customer service in a continually changing environment with a strong emphasis on consistency, flexibility and time management.
- Highly developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to consult effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills.
