Workplace Experience Officer

Up-to $32.00 per hour ( Depending on experience )

Due to expanding our operations we have had a vacancy for a Workplace Officer role become available in Melbourne, VIC.

The Position

• To report to the Workplace Experience Manager when and as required to do so for the effective overall management of the contract.
• Previous switchboard operation - call pick-up & voicemail management including directing all calls to the relevant department or personnel (previous administrative/reception experience highly regarded)
• To manage & coordinate all maintenance works, suppliers, sub-contractors & trade persons on site.
• Ensuring client standards are being met and exceeding expectations.

The Person

• Exceptional time management, organizational skills and Impeccable personal presentation
• Intermediate to advanced MS office skills 
• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service in a continually changing environment with a strong emphasis on consistency and flexibility
• Provide a warm, professional, friendly and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all time
