Job Description:
Functions within the collaborative agreement arranged with the Nurse Practitioner (NP) and physician. The
NPs work autonomously and in collaboration with the physicians within a Standard Care Arrangement (SCA)
to diagnose, treat and manage individuals or population of patients. NPs can serve as health care resource
providers, patient advocates, and interdisciplinary consultants with the Health Care Team (HCT)
Minimum Qualifications:
1. National certification as a Nurse Practitioner
2. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
3. BLS certified.
4. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills necessary.
5. May work all shifts and weekends, and call, if needed.
