Job Description:
Assist the Head Coach with all assigned duties associated with the Women’s Rowing program. This position will assist in the coordination of all aspects of practice and competition preparation, recruitment of student-athletes, and the comprehensive operation of the program with student-athlete welfare as the guiding principle. This position is expected to assist the Head Coach in the development of a team that is highly competitive within the Mid-American Conference (MAC).
This position is responsible for upholding all compliance, policies and procedures of the University of Toledo, UT’s Athletic Department, NCAA and MAC.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated successful rowing coaching experience at the collegiate level or equivalent.
• Collegiate level rowing experience is preferred.
• Candidate must have sound written and verbal communication skills, a commitment to the academic success of the student athlete.
• Knowledge of NCAA regulations.
• NCAA recruiting test proficiency or passing within two weeks from date of hire.
• Possess current CPR certification or the ability to obtain upon date of hire.
