Job Description:

This position is responsible for the data entry and clerical up-keep for the federal and state grants, scholarships and federal work-study programs (FWS). This may require running of Banner processes to up-date student accounts with the proper grants, scholarships or FWS awards.

Minimum Qualifications:

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Indicate minimum required to qualify or perform this job.)

Education/experience/licensing:
• Accurate data entry/keyboarding skills
• Filing skills
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word and Access
• Experience in Banner
• Knowledge and experience in Treasurer, Registrar and Financial Aid functions

Communication and other skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organization skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills
