Job Description:

This position manages the day-to-day activities of patient care under the direction of the unit nursing directors/managers/operations supervisors and acts in the absence of the unit nursing director/managers/operations supervisors. Supports staff development activities of the nursing departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio
Two years clinical experience with documented evidence of expertise in a designated field

Preferred Qualifications:

CNOR certification
Supervisory and/or leadership experience desired or demonstrates ability to assume leadership role
