Job Description:
The International Recruitment Specialist contributes to the fulfillment of the University's mission and vision by serving primary evaluator of international credentials such as transcripts, TOEFL scores and other related documents. Will work closely with other department and University staff to ensure prospective and admitted students receive timely communication on their application status, next steps to take if offered
admission and processes to ensure a smooth transition to UToledo.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications and core competencies:

• Oral communication: Express ideas and facts clearly and accurately.

• Computer skills: Proficient in key computer applications (MS Office, Adobe), World Wide Web,
comfortable user or social media, video conference tools and applications. Knowledge of Banner
and Imaging Software preferred. Experience working with a CRM preferred.
Additional requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the area of Sales, Marketing, Communication, or related
field
• Minimum of one year recruiting or relevant admission-related experience required
• Valid driver's license
• Demonstrated networking abilities
Communication and other skills:
• Excellent written and speaking skills
• Ability to work with people from other cultures, backgrounds, and languages
• Social Media and web-based communication ability
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and diligence working with credential
