Adjunct Instructor - Sterile Processing (Jennings)

Teach or instruct vocational or occupational subjects at the postsecondary level (but at less than the baccalaureate) to students who have graduated high school or earned a GED. Conducts college-level courses in the field of sterile processing education. Responsible for preparing and delivering lab/clinical instruction, leading, and moderating classroom/lab discussions, and administering and grading clinical paperwork and student evaluations, facilitating online activities and communication. Demonstrates and teaches the importance of decontamination, sterilization and the infection control process in labs and clinical units to sterile processing students.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. |
CNA Skills Evaluator
