Salary: $67,948 - $91,358 (Salary commensurate with rank.)

What You'll Do: 

• Teach credit and non-credit HVACR courses using practical instruction, demonstrations, and assessments.
• Train students to use tools, equipment, and supplies safely and follow proper HVACR procedures.
• Develop course materials and work with colleagues to improve curriculum and student learning.
• Advise, tutor, and mentor students; provide timely feedback and connect them with support when needed.
• Help students explore employment, certification, and further education opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry partners to support student placement and training opportunities.
• Maintain safe, operational instructional equipment and accurate course records.
• Participate in recruitment events, committees, professional development, and other college activities.

Required Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED.
• EPA Universal certification.
• At least five years of HVACR field experience.
• Knowledge and ability to teach a variety of HVACR courses.
• Strong communication, organization, computer, and instructional skills—and a student-centered approach.
