Duties and Responsibilities: 

Work Habits: 25%
• Evaluate new tools and features to support student success and increase eLiteracy.
• Serve as a functional expert for student-facing academic and retention platforms
• Effective organization, follow-through, and time management.
• Accurate documentation and consistent responsiveness.
• Proactive problem-solving and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Reliable completion of assigned duties and projects.
• Effectively balances multiple student needs and priorities.
• Participate in campus and student-facing activities to increase visibility and encourage technology engagement.
• Innovate to increase student engagement with training, workshops, and developed content.
• Ensures accuracy when providing information or guidance.
• Carefully tracks student questions, progress, and outcomes.
• Avoids overlooking student concerns or incomplete responses.

Institutional Support: 40%
• Provide direct, student-centered support to build digital literacy and eLearning readiness.
• Assist students with effective use of the LMS, institutional email, online proctoring systems, and academic productivity tools.
• Support students in using note-taking, study card/flashcard, and time-management software to improve learning outcomes.
• Support students in using third-party platforms (e.g., Cengage, Hawkes, Mymathlab)
• Troubleshoot common platform issues impacting coursework.
• Advancement of eLiteracy and digital fluency initiatives.
• Create clear documentation, guides, and multimedia resources for student self-service support to improve student success in courses.
• Develop and deliver workshops, tutorials, and orientations related to academic platforms and eLiteracy.
• Answer student tickets for all academic platforms.

Team Relations: 20%
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs on learning loss modules.
• Professional, collaborative relationships with faculty, staff, and administrators.
• Clear, respectful communication with students and colleagues.
• Willingness to share knowledge and support cross-departmental initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Associate's degree or 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience providing direct customer service or support.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree
