Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages Delgado's communication technology. Develop comprehensive direct email/text communication for prospective students and applicants. Responsible for creating and implementing recruitment messages, including creating email templates and filters in the student database. Coordinate social media campaigns to align with prospect and applicant emails. Tests and uses data and analytics to improve communication campaigns. Works in coordination with other departments across the college in a manner that complements the college’s overall marketing and communications efforts.
Data Dashboard Coordinator - Responsible for maintaining Enrollment Dashboard Data including prospect and applicant progress through the enrollment process via communication. This includes but is not limited to, the enrollment funnel, event promotion, confirmations, and follow-up.

Required Education: Associate Degree
Minimum education may be substituted for 8-10 years of related experience
Required Experience: Strong team orientation, effective interpersonal skills, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated commitment to data-driven decision-making, including effective analytical skills and proven results in achieving objectives and goals.
Experience with using Excel to manage and track data
Demonstrated ability to plan, design, and create recruitment communications
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Experience: Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, or Ellucian Recruit
Experience working in a college admission setting or working with college-bound students
Knowledge of best practices in student recruitment
High level of fluency in Spanish, written and verbal, preferred
Experience with any CRM systems
