Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Provide leadership and oversight for post-award administration of Perkins V, Adult Basic Education, and state grants.
• Supervise the Grants Manager and collaborate with department stakeholders to ensure timely implementation, compliance, and performance reporting.
• Develop, write, and submit strategic state and federal grant narratives in alignment with LDCC’s mission and funding requirements.
• Support the development and assist with updates of the Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) for Perkins V funding.
• Monitor and interpret state and federal regulations related to sponsored programs, including adherence to Title IV, FERPA, HEA, and LCTCS policies.
• Coordinate with Finance and Institutional Effectiveness for budget tracking, data reporting, and outcome evaluation.
• Support program staff with technical assistance on allowable expenditures, documentation standards, and performance metrics.
• Serve as institutional liaison for audits, site visits, and monitoring reviews related to assigned grants.
• Participate in professional development and serve on internal committees as assigned

Required Education:

 • Bachelor’s degree in public administration, education, business, or a related field.
• At least three (3) years of experience in grants administration, compliance, or sponsored program oversight.
• Strong understanding of Perkins V, Adult Education regulations, and LCTCS grant requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in narrative grant writing and reporting.
• Proficiency in interpreting regulatory guidelines and managing multiple funding sources.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience within a community or technical college setting.
• Familiarity with LCTCS policies and Louisiana RS Title 17.
• Supervisory experience in a grant or compliance-focused environment.
