Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive, data-driven strategic enrollment management (SEM) plan aligned with LDCC’s mission and strategic goals.
• Provide executive oversight and leadership for enrollment services, including recruitment, admissions, financial aid, retention initiatives, student life, and engagement programming.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, policies, and standards — including Title IV, FERPA, ADA, SACSCOC, and LCTCS guidelines.
• Serve as lead for SACSCOC-related student services standards and institutional reporting related to functional area.
• Utilize institutional research and enrollment analytics to assess student trends, develop actionable strategies, and inform policy decisions.
• Oversee the administration and continuous improvement of student satisfaction surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms.
• Design and support holistic student experiences that promote academic achievement, credential attainment, and equitable student outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing staff and campus leadership to align communication strategies, branding, and messaging in support of enrollment and student engagement goals.
• Provide direct supervision of division staff, including recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluation.
• Monitor and manage the division’s operational budget, ensuring efficient use of resources in alignment with institutional priorities.
• Represent LDCC on local, state, and national platforms related to student affairs and enrollment strategies.
• Serve as a contributor to institution-wide strategic planning, policy development, and operational decision-making.
• Other duties as assigned.
Required Education:
• Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration, Business, or related field (Doctorate preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and apply data strategically to inform decision-making, drive student services initiatives, and support institutional goals aligned with the LDCC mission.
• Comprehensive understanding of the full student lifecycle, from application and enrollment through graduation and post-completion outcomes, with the ability to design and enhance processes that support student success at every stage.
• Commitment to pursuing student success and removing barriers for at risk students and those who are nontraditional.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership roles in a postsecondary setting.
• Deep knowledge of Title IV programs and compliance.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Required Experience:
• Experience within a community or technical college system, especially in Louisiana.
• Proficiency with integrated student information systems (Banner preferred) and CRM platforms.
• Knowledge and understanding of SACSCOC Principles of Accreditation and institutional effectiveness standards.
