Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Network Design and Configuration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement robust network architectures utilizing Fortinet products to meet specific business requirements.

• Network Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve network-related issues, including performance bottlenecks, connectivity problems, and security vulnerabilities, while adhering to industry best practices.

• Security Management: Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to safeguard the network infrastructure from cyber threats and attacks.

• Network Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools and performance metrics to assess network health, bandwidth utilization, and overall system performance.

• Incident Response: Actively participate in the incident response process, ensuring swift resolution of network-related incidents and minimizing downtime.

• Network Upgrades and Expansion: Assist in planning and executing network upgrades and expansions, ensuring minimal disruption to services during the process.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge, provide technical support, and conduct training sessions related to Fortinet products.

• Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Continuously stay abreast of the latest developments in network technology, especially related to Fortinet products, and make recommendations for improvements based on emerging trends and best practices.

Required Education: 
• Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Required Experience: 
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Network Analyst or similar role, with a focus on Fortinet products.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet firewall configuration, IPsec VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and other security-related features.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Strong understanding of network fundamentals, protocols, and architecture principles.
• Proficiency in network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Strong documentation skills for network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting processes. 

Preferred Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Experience: 
• Certified as a Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
