Full-time faculty members teach 15 credit hours each fall and spring semester with small class sizes. However, release time is allocated to support the administrative functions associated with the program director’s workload; thus, there is a reduction or elimination of a teaching load while overseeing the program.
There is potential to teach additional courses each semester and during the summer term for pay in addition to the base salary. The position will be based on HACC’s Harrisburg Campus and will be expected to teach some courses on-campus in Harrisburg, PA, and some courses remote (via Zoom) and/or asynchronous online based on enrollment needs.
