Job Description:

Hourly work as a research assistant. Primary responsibilities include behavioral science data collection, recruitment and screening of study participants, disbursing and tracking participant payments, and maintaining lab supplies and equipment. Expected weekly hours: 5 to 15 a week.
Conduct psychology research studies
Recruit and screen study participants
Maintain lab supplies and equipment
Disburse and track participant payments

Minimum Qualifications:

Education/experience/licensing:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a Pre-Dental program with at least 3 months experience in human subjects research
• Experience working with a REDCap database
• Experience using BIOPAC systems

Communication and other skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to precisely follow protocols and research regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as with others as part of a collaborative research team
• Ability of work with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with fear conditioning research
