JOB SUMMARY:

The Global Talent Management Leader will be responsible for building a UDX view of talent—bridging current performance and future needs—through programs, processes, and honest feedback systems. Leading with metrics, this role delivers high-impact talent solutions while fostering trust, accountability, and strong internal partnerships.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and deliver the strategies, programs, and tools to ensure talent data is in the forefront of decision making.
  • Develop and lead UDX’s talent review, performance, and succession strategy.
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure actional Talent & Succession planning. Enable cross-functional talent movement (including expat brokerage) through predictive insights and planning.
  • Manage enterprise-wide feedback and development planning tools.
  • Ensure talent programs are inclusive, scalable, and business-aligned. Partner with NBCUniversal on global talent practices and transitions.
  • Leverage data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and guide improvements.
  • Bridge COE strategy and local implementation through strong communication and partnership.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

EXPERIENCE:

  • 12+ years in talent management or HR leadership roles.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
  • Ability to operate effectively across cultures, time zones and geographies.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours when required to support global operations.
  • Experience building global talent reviews, succession, and mobility programs.
  • Strong data-driven approach to development and talent planning.
  • Collaborative leadership and COE/local enablement experience with high accountability.
  • Well-developed business partner skills; able to establish credibility and rapport with operating leaders and HR Partners.
  • Exceptional influencing skills couple with a deep understanding of the business and talent within.
  • Sense of urgency; possesses a collaborative, yet relentless approach to process improvement and team management in order to achieve unparalleled results, especially around cost, execution and service.
  • Ability to collaborate with geographically federated HR partners across international territories; experience with the international landscape and awareness of key cultural nuances and legislation.
  • Fast learner and decisive leader with a quick mind, sound judgment and excellent problem solving / critical thinking skills.
