JOB SUMMARY:
Manages development, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including global compensation-related projects and data analytics.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads global compensation initiatives and strategic projects in partnership with senior leadership. Support project planning, modeling, cost analysis, system visualizations, and payroll operations. Ensures clear communication across key stakes holders, partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Manages core compensation processes, including job analysis and evaluation, salary recommendations, incentive programs, and external market benchmarking. Oversees participation in salary surveys and monitors market data to ensure internal equity, consistent leveling, and market competitiveness.
- Manage various compensation-related projects which involve development, planning, and processing of compensation changes such as salary structure updates and market adjustments. Support dedicated business areas year-end compensation planning
- Support global-reaching compensation practices and policies. Works in conjunction with various areas of human resources to develop, modify, and maintains tools, resources, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), where needed.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is required
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of compensation analysis experience required.
- 3+ years’ experience working in a Human Resources environment required;
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
