JOB SUMMARY: Contributes to maintaining and integrating project implementation plans and associated project schedules throughout the project life cycle to include show/ride concept development, show, ride, facility, area development designs, building construction, show/ride production, installation and/or commissioning. Responsible for assisting in creating project schedules, collecting progress status, integrating necessary changes, updating reports, and distributing project schedules and reports.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in developing and statusing project schedules using Primavera and other scheduling software programs and incorporating deliverables and implementation strategies into project plans and schedules as strategies evolve
- Coordinates with internal and external responsible teams to develop and integrate activity durations and logic sequences to perform the work
- Coordinates with team members across various functions to ensure schedule information is accurately statused on a weekly basis
- Assists in development of new schedule details or other schedule maintenance activities
- Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or an applicable field required.
EXPERIENCE:
- 0-1+ years engineering/construction planning and scheduling experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
