- Remuneration: Level 5: $92k-$104k + 17 % flexible super + leave loading

As Administrative Officer for SPHERE, you will deliver high-quality administrative support to the SPHERE Executive team.
As the primary point of contact for the Executive Director, this role provides comprehensive support through effective diary and schedule management, coordination of meetings and events, handling of correspondence, and careful oversight of document management systems. You’ll work closely with the broader Executive team to provide essential support across operational goals, preparing meeting minutes, assisting with event planning, and coordinating travel management.
The Administrative Officer reports to the Executive Director- SPHERE Alliance and has no direct reports.

With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, you will bring the following skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training and experience.
- Sound organisational skills including ability to prioritise tasks and duties in order to meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to provide effective customer service and support to clients at all levels.
- Advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team, preferably within a customer service environment.
- Proficient level of computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability in the use and administration of online systems and databases.
