As Executive Assistant to the Chief Advancement Officer, you’ll be a trusted partner at the centre of a fast-paced and purpose-driven team. This role goes beyond traditional EA support - you’ll help create clarity, momentum and structure by anticipating needs, managing priorities and keeping operations running smoothly.
You’ll play a key role in enabling the Chief Advancement Officer and the Advancement leadership team to focus on strategic impact while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support, including diary, inbox and meeting management.
- Coordinate travel, logistics and day-to-day administrative support.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, briefing papers, presentations, minutes and follow-up actions.
- Manage payments, expenses, vendor coordination and CRM updates.
- Support leadership meetings, events and team activities.
- Assist with administrative and operational support across the team.
- Identify opportunities and solutions to improve processes, systems and ways of working.
Who You Are
You’re an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving environment and is skilled at staying one step ahead.
You’re proactive, highly organised and adaptable, with strong judgement and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities. You know how to anticipate needs, triage effectively and build trusted relationships at all levels.
You’ll also bring:
- Experience providing high-level executive support.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced skills across business systems and CRM platforms.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge how things are done.
- Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
