Why your Role Matters:
The Clinics Manager for Randwick Health Precinct is pivotal in advancing health care by developing and overseeing interdisciplinary clinics that integrate research and education. By facilitating collaboration between academics, clinicians, and patients, your work drives the rapid translation of innovation into improved patient care, delivering meaningful health outcomes for the community.
Based full-time at the Health Translation Hub (HTH) on UNSW’s Kensington campus, this role involves leading the creation of clinics from the ground up, including strategic planning, grant funding, operational management, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, you will ensure the clinics operate efficiently within existing spaces, primarily at the Health Translation Hub (38 rooms), as well as across the Randwick Health Precinct.
As part of this, you’ll oversee the Clinical System Technology Project, working closely with IT to implement a new patient management system to lay the foundation for clinics that redefine health care delivery.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your leadership ensures clinics align with UNSW’s vision, delivering innovative, patient-focused interdisciplinary care.
About You:
With a foundation in practice management and preferred exposure to clinical or allied health environments, you bring strong financial and operational oversight that supports efficient clinic operations. You have a proven ability to drive initiatives and foster collaboration across clinic practice management and transformation programs; comfortably communicating and negotiating to align priorities of diverse stakeholders. Skilled in resource planning, project management, and clinical governance, you lead business improvements and change with a focus on overseeing the clinics technology project.
