Why your Role Matters
As Program Coordinator, you will be providing proactive administrative and project support to enable the effective delivery of transformation programs.

Drawing on your strong administrative capability and stakeholder management skills, you will support the achievement of key milestones across multiple workstreams, delivering efficient project coordination across scheduling, project governance, and risk and issue management.

This role involves close collaboration with internal project teams and stakeholders to uphold the team’s ability to implement business improvements and meet critical deliverables. A varied and dynamic position, your day to day will include:

  • Providing comprehensive project support across scheduling, preparation of Steering Committee materials, and governance framework adherence.
  • Facilitating program momentum by monitoring task progress, escalating schedule risks, documenting meeting outcomes, and overseeing high‑quality status reporting.
  • Assisting with program documentation and communication, including business/functional requirements, status update packs, presentation materials, and general coordination tasks such as procurement and meeting logistics.

Skills & Experience summary: You will bring existing project co-ordination experience, confident in working both autonomously and collaboratively whilst prioritising tasks in a fast-pasted environment.
You hold the following skills & experience:

  • An understanding of the project/program life cycle and the development and maintenance of plans and registers.
  • High level of experience working with a range of computer systems and applications, such as MS Office, MS Project, Altus, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and stakeholder update packs.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to respond to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines by using judgement and initiative.
  •  Knowledge and understanding of business processes, ideally within a tertiary education environment, and change management principles.
