  • Remuneration: Level 8 $127,351 - $143,489 (depending on experience) + 17% super + leave loading
  • Location: UNSW Kensington Campus, NSW (hybrid)

Why Your Role Matters:

As a Change Analyst, you play a pivotal role in ensuring complex initiatives are understood, adopted, and sustained. Reporting to the P&C Head of Change & Business Readiness, you work closely with Change Managers, Project Leads, Change Leaders, BAU Change Owners and SME’s and to bridge strategy and delivery.

By focusing on the people side of change across people, process, technology, and policy, you help prepare staff for new ways of working and embed change into BAU. This work strengthens organisational capability and supports long-term success at UNSW.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end change impact and business readiness assessments, identifying risks, dependencies, and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and manage integrated change plans across communications, training, engagement, and readiness, adapting to evolving priorities.
  • Design and deliver clear, targeted communications that articulate purpose, benefits, and impacts to diverse audiences.
  • Conduct readiness assessments and provide insights to support go/no-go decisions and transition into BAU.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder forums to gather insights, test solutions, and drive alignment.
  • Support training, adoption, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to enable solution readiness and sustained change.
  • Track adoption and behavioural metrics, using insights to embed change into BAU and operating rhythm.

Who You Are:

You are a confident and adaptable change professional with 3-5 years’ experience in organisational change management (or 5+ years at senior level), working across complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives. You bring a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, meaningful messages for end users.

You are comfortable working independently and collaboratively, can manage multiple priorities, and proactively drive adoption and measurable outcomes. You have experience supporting training and learning solutions, engaging diverse stakeholders, and building trusted relationships that enable successful, sustainable change.
