- Remuneration: Level 4 $81,335 - $85,799 (depending on experience) + 17% super + leave loading

Why Your Role Matters:
In this 3-month role, you’ll be working closely with teams in the university’s Conduct and Integrity to ensure case records in Case IQ are complete, accurate, and ready to support clear and timely decision-making across the university.
Your contribution will strengthen data integrity, support consistent administrative practices, and help deliver accurate and up-to-date information to stakeholders when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support completion of case records in Case IQ by reviewing documents and following up with case managers and School contacts under established procedures.
- Provide administrative and clerical support by entering and updating case record fields using information from approved documents and sources.
- Solve standard problems in accordance with established guidelines and work methods for maintaining Case IQ records.
- Ensure high-level accuracy and efficient data entry.
- Provide general advice on administrative processes and guidelines relating to Case IQ case record keeping.
- Respond to in-person, telephone, and email enquiries, escalating when necessary.
- Arrange and support meetings and small events, including booking rooms, organising catering, equipment, and preparing materials.
- Participate in relevant projects and initiatives as required.
Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or equivalent combination of qualifications and experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Advanced interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as part of a team, ideally in a customer service environment.
- High level of computer literacy, with advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience using and administering online systems and databases.
- Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
