- Remuneration: Level 7 $113,926 - $123,302 (depending on experience) + 17% super + leave loading

Why Your Role Matters:
As a Senior Web Producer, you’ll take the lead on one of UNSW’s most significant digital transformation projects - migrating web content from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
You’ll shape how thousands of staff and students engage with UNSW online, ensuring the new platform delivers an outstanding, seamless experience. Working with a talented team and trusted partners, you’ll bring together strategy, creativity and technical expertise to make great content shine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the end-to-end migration of UNSW’s web content from Drupal to AEM.
- Manage third-party vendors and agencies to ensure smooth delivery of technical, design and content milestones.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Education, Student Services and web transformation teams to ensure the staff and student experience is at the centre of every decision.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all content is accurate, accessible and functional.
- Maintain and improve SEO performance and use Adobe Analytics to track engagement and optimise outcomes.
- Proactively resolve challenges and uphold governance standards for consistent, high-quality digital delivery.
About You:
You’re a confident digital leader who thrives on collaboration and knows how to bring structure and creativity together.
You’ll bring:
- A relevant tertiary qualification and proven experience in digital content production, UX, or web management.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, and related tools.
- A strong understanding of UX and UI best practices and a passion for user-centred design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — you know how to engage, influence and deliver.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on outcomes and quality.
- Experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or student recruitment (highly regarded).
