Why your role matters
UNSW’s Marketing & Digital Experience team supports student recruitment and strengthens the university’s global brand. The International Field Sales Administrator plays a key role in enabling the International Recruitment Strategy by providing high-quality administrative and sales support to regional recruitment teams.
This role ensures recruitment operations run efficiently through effective coordination of tools, systems, and processes. Working closely with regional teams, central sales enablement, and marketing functions, the Administrator helps deliver a personalised, digital-first experience for prospective international students and partners. Responsibilities include supporting campaigns, events, and engagement activities, managing data and reporting, and ensuring compliance with university policies.
The role reports to the Senior International Market Development Lead and has no direct reports.
Specific accountabilities for this role include:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to regional international recruitment teams, ensuring smooth execution of sales and engagement activities.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of international recruitment events, webinars, and campaigns, including logistics, scheduling, and follow-up communications.
- Maintain accurate records and data entry in CRM and other systems to support lead management, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Support the preparation and distribution of sales enablement materials, presentations, and resources for use by regional teams and partners.
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond to routine enquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners in a timely and professional manner
About You:
- Relevant tertiary qualification with subsequent relevant sales administration and/or student recruitment coordination experience or equivalent competence gained through any combination of education, training, and experience.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills and the proven ability to articulate information clearly and succinctly with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot), Microsoft Office Suite, and digital collaboration tools.
- Proficient time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Sound interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, including across different regions or time zones.
- Experience in data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple areas of an organisation to achieve individual and shared goals and targets.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in event coordination and knowledge of the student recruitment cycle are highly desirable.
